Syed Hussan is an organizer and writer in Toronto working with undocumented and migrant people, in defense of Indigenous sovereignty, and against counter intuitive programs like war and capitalism.
JIMMY JOHNSON
Jimmy Johnson is the founder of Neged Neshek (Hebrew for 'Against Arms), a project that offers analysis, news and data about Israeli military and security exports. He is former International Coordinator for the Israeli Committee Against House Demolitions in Jerusalem. His writings and photography have appeared in: Against the Current, CounterPunch, El Pais, Electronic Intifada, Haaretz, Jnews, Ma'ariv, News from Within and elsewhere. He is a proud uncle and lives in Detroit with his books and dry-erase boards.
NATALIE KOURI-TOWE
Natalie Kouri-Towe is a doctoral candidate in the department of Humanities,
Social Sciences and Social Justice Education at the University of Toronto, OISE
and the Collaborative Program in Women and Gender Studies. Her research
examines transnational queer Palestine-solidarity activism and she is a member
of QuAIA Toronto.

ATIF KUBURSI
Atif Kubursi is emeritus professor of economics and also teaches in the Arts and Science Programme at McMaster University. Dr. Kubursi taught economics at Purdue University in Indiana, USA, and was senior academic visitor at Cambridge University, UK in 1974/75.
He also served as the Acting Executive Secretary, at the Undersecretary General level, of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia in 2006, 2007 and 2008, and as Senior Development Officer at UNIDO in Vienna. He is the recipient of the Canadian Centennial Medal. Kubursi has published over 250 articles, books, technical reports and is a frequent TV commentator on Arab and Middle Eastern affairs.

Robert Lovelace is a former Professor in the Global Development Studies department at Queen's
University in Kingston, and has retired from a position as Aboriginal Counsellor
at Fleming College in Peterborough. At Fleming, Bob also taught in the Ecosystem
Management Program. He is a member of the Ardoch Algonquin First Nation and a
retired Chief as well as Chief Negotiator. He has been jailed for fighting for
the rights of First Nation peoples, and believes that justice must be lived, in
a thoughtful and intentional way.

member of The Body Politic, Canada’s first national magazine for Lesbian and
Gay Liberation from 1974 to 1986, chair of the Public Action Committee of the
Right to Privacy Committee which fought back against police raids on gay baths
in the early 1980s, and part of the Simon Nkodi Anti-Apartheid Committee:
Lesbians and Gays Against Apartheid in the late 80s. He was a founding member
of AIDS ACTION NOW!, an activist group which won access to experimental
treatments and funding for medications in the 1990s. He is presently a member
of Queers Against Israeli Apartheid and the Ontario Working Group on Criminal
Law and HIV Exposure.
